Before any service begins, your watch is assessed on the bench, not guessed at from a description. We look at movement condition, case wear, water-resistance seals, and any complications present. From there we recommend the service that genuinely fits, rather than defaulting to the most involved option. Quality assurance runs through the process itself: cleaning is checked, timing is measured, and each watch settles under observation before it returns to you.
Mechanical Movement Care
A gentle, thorough servicing for automatic and hand-wound watches. Our watchmakers open the case with care, inspect the movement, clean each component, re-lubricate, and regulate timing so your watch runs steadily again.
