1. Definitions

"Service" refers to watch repair, servicing, and restoration provided by Nirandon. "User", "you" refers to any person engaging our services. "We", "us", "our" refers to Nirandon. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, dropping off a watch, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

We provide Mechanical Movement Care, Restoration & Refinishing, and Comprehensive Overhaul services for mechanical watches, delivered from our studio at 148 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok. Services are available to clients within Thailand and, where arranged, by courier from elsewhere.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details and, where relevant, ownership information for your watch
• Disclose any known prior repairs or issues affecting your watch
• Collect your watch within a reasonable period following completion

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, belongs to Nirandon and may not be reproduced without permission. This does not affect ownership of your own watch or its components.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing is quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed with you before work begins. Indicative pricing for our services ranges from ฿1,850 to ฿12,400 depending on scope. Final payment is due upon collection of your watch. Should additional work be identified during servicing, we will contact you before proceeding, and revised pricing will be agreed together.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Timelines given at intake are estimates based on typical scope; complications or parts availability may extend them, and we will keep you informed. Restoration work involving case or bracelet refinishing is undertaken only after scope is agreed with you directly.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided with professional care but on an as-assessed basis; we cannot promise a specific outcome for watches with pre-existing or undisclosed damage. Our written condition notes describe our findings but are not a substitute for independent valuation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the value of that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including parts availability or force majeure events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nirandon against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide regarding ownership or condition of a watch submitted for service.

11. Termination

Either party may withdraw from an in-progress engagement before work begins by notifying the other. Once servicing has started, cancellation may be subject to a fee reflecting work already completed.

12. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. We encourage informal resolution in the first instance; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, subject to applicable Thai consumer protection law.

13. General Provisions

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
